ALL NATURAL PANCAKE RECIPE... NO PROCESSED ANYTHING!!

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 whole eggs
That’s it. Just mix together in a bowl and make sure the banana is all mashed. Then spray your pan with some "spray & cook" or coconut oil. On a low to medium heat, scoop some of the batter into the pan & give it about 20-30 sec, flip, and done! Serve and eat!
*Some advice would be to make them small so its easier to flip

Awesome, let me know how or if it works! I'm really looking forward to trying with my homegrown bananas.

They won't be lo-cal any more, after I am through slopping stuff on.

Banana omlet. Sorry, can't hack it. Have this thing about eggs done just so. Started when I was just a pup.

But I can eat Brussels sprouts with lots of vinegar with just a little olive oil. Yum yum. And sauerkraut as a side dish with just about anything meat! Zazigeizown!

This is true. Do you remember anyone cooking something when you were a little kid that grossed you out so bad you had a problem with it for life?

I once worked with a guy that had a problem with anything other than meat cooked very plain. And way over done. When he was a kid his father used to come home from the butcher with things like a wind pipe with a pair of lungs still attached. He'd throw it on the kitchen table and say "look what we got for dinner". Nothing that dramatic happened at my house but eggs will always be a problem.

I was laughing at the pun "pup"

But yes, my wife had serious food issues growing up. Nothing could be mixed or touching one another. Peas by themselves, no stews etc. She's fine now! :)

I'm not a egg eater.. but tomorrow if my wife sleeps in I'm sneaking this in on her..Looks like it could be good or very different.. As I'm sitting here I'm thinking coconut added in the batter.. jalapeno maybe?

I was just wondering what to have for breakfast when got sidetracked by the forum - serendipity!!

The pan's already hot (I can smell the oil) because I forgot I was planning to eat eggs... aaagh. back soon. :ha:

Well, yum.

After I took off the blackened bits, of course, but those aren't your fault ;) and the dog was grateful.

Next time I'll try cinnamon in it, or add mashed overripe pear. Or both. Small dollops topped with ice cream would do for a posh dinner; maybe with flour it would be a ridiculously simple way of making banana bread - in a pan?! Hm... ideas from ideas... lucky I have loads of eggs in the house. And bananas!

No flour, gluten free! They come out really light with intense banana flavor. I'll probably never make flour pancakes again. :)
