I'm sure you've done a basic search and know about options that are a day's drive away, like Yamagami’s Nursery - Passiflora NG (http://www.yamagamisnursery.com/passiflora_ng.php)
If you do find someone with a vine, PF roots very easily. I've had great success just putting cuttings in a light cindery soil and shady part of nursery.

If you have any luck finding it .... please post it. My passion fruit vine I started from seed produces yellow fruit that is a little more tart than the purple fruit. I've Googled varieties of passion fruit and it looks like:
Red Rover, Nancy Garrison & Fredrick are the ones to have.

Most all edulis fruit are hybrids with the yellow and purple fruit so growing from seed you may get yellow or you may get a purple fruit.

Seasonally it has been available at Walter Andersen Nursery in Poway. It is grown for flower, not for fruit.
