I just got a nice 3' Mexican Fan Palm. :sumbrero: Just wondering what kind of soil to plant it in. It will be in a container. Should I:
A) Put it in a fast draining soil like my other tropicals and bananas
B) Make a sandy mix, since this plant grows in hot dry desert areas
C) Use an earthier mix to hold water in for longer
I understand it is drought tolerant so I'm not sure what this means as to the soil type I should select.
Thanks for the help!
