Hello everyone I am new to the site and just wanted to say hi. I also have a question about cutting the flower off the banana's. My neighbor said I should cut the flower off and cook it. She said the banana flowers are great. Im not sure how to cook the banana flower, so I would always give her the flower after it looked like all the banana's were finished. Should I leave the flower on until the banana's turn yellow or cut it off like I have been doing?:03:

I would cut it off and give it to your neighbor... and ask them to give you a taste after they cook it!
