It isn't possible to identify these with certainty until they fruit, but Dwarf Cavendish or Super Dwarf Cavendish is a good guess for the bottom one. The top one could be any of dozens or hundreds of varieties.

Yeah, bottom one looks like something in the Cavendish family. First one is going to be hard to tell until it fruits.
