Yeah, I knew that Wellsprings is THE place to get the Blue Java Namwah... Just wondering if anyone out there is selling the real thing...

Bought two plants from wellsrings and waiting on reply about issue with black spots that get very large quickly and destroy leaf. Plants have been in the ground about two weeks. Just posted a pic titled fast moving spots if you'd like to see the problem.

I do not believe that they are not trustworthy .The fact is they buy TC's that are suppose to be Blue Java and are namwah instead.People grew the not blue java for many years without knowing it.

Someone needs to give/sell/donate a true Blue Java to Agri-Starts.

Good point, Tony... I was not trying to insult or slander someone... Guess I could have chosen my words a little better....

All but the last two fruit bunches depict Namwah. And those pictures shouldn't be used as a guide for the plant that you're getting. If you want the actual thing, ask someone from the Org who has it and is able to ship to your area.

I have a club member that has 2 old and verified Blue Java mats. He lives in Ft Pierce. Look him up.

Was up that way this AM and gave him a call. No answer.

So be sure to look him up when he's home.

Not that it matters a heck of a lot but your Blue Java is most likely a namwah. It seems no one has TC blue java.

One very generous member of the .org has offered to send me a Blue Java pup as soon as the mother finishes the fruiting process... Just waiting patiently...

The fruit had elongated pedicels. Bluish skin.
