Hi everyone, I just received my first banana plant which is a mahoi. I transplanted it this past weekend in a mix of 1/3 composted chicken manure, 1/3 perlite, 1/3 peat moss. It looks like it may be going through some transplant shock. What does everyone think?

Okay good, that's what I've been doing. What about watering? I watered once when I transplanted on the 22nd. The soil has stayed a rich & dark color, not drying out. I've read about people overwatering and I didn't want to make that mistake.

Go easy on the water until you see new growth. It does not need to stay wet only slightly moist. No fertilizer until it starts growing
