Well, It seems I have one of my varieties identified possible 12-13 more lol

Seriously, Can someone PLEASE tell me what variety this may be and why and what is happening with the pink/leaf/flower or what that is?

None of my other plants look like this one(to me anyway lol) and this plant has never had a pink thing like this.

I even have my lab Daisy Mae trying to figure what it is and she's stumped lol

Thanks in advance for your help

I'm going to guess. Either Velutina or some kind of Ornata.

It looks like velutina just about to bloom. That's a flag leaf and the bud will soon emerge.

Snookie ----- pull that thang out and toss it in the compost pile if it's good eatin' fruit you want. And watch out for who you buy plants from.

That's good advice right there.. I did the same thing earlier this year after it flowered last year.. I think a Goldfinger & D. Namwah took the spots. :^)

LOL...I say Na Na to your comment:}

You must know that this particular plant came from a lady friend of mine who well let's just say provides many a good evening of pork chops and pudding so.... I can't (don't want to) loose my desert provider.

Until I replace my desert provider this IS the best nana plant I own:}

Know what I mean? See why:}
