Any idea what this is?

Could it be the same thing that's attacking the leaves of a pomegranate tree that's right next to it?

What should I do to get rid of it and prevent it from spreading to my other dragon fruit plants?

Looks like too much sun exposure to me.

This one actually receives less sun exposure than my Hylocereus guatemalensis and 'Paul Thomson'. It's one of the 'Physical Graffiti' cuttings you sent me, Richard.

PROGRESS UPDATE: I cut off the parts that appeared to be damage/diseased, and whatever this is hasn't spread or come back. In fact, the plant looks really healthy and is sending out tons of new shoots! I need to get this thing trellised before it grows out of control!
