Have you tried fertilizer spikes?

How old are the trees? What type of fertilizer are you using Do you know what type of root stock was used for the graft? If it's a trifoliate orange root stock, you will need a fertilizer that is more acid leaning (something like Epsoma Holly Tone). Also are the trees getting at least an inch of water each week? Citrus roots need to dry out between waterings, however, they do need deep waterings weekly.
