I need to freeze banana slices in bulk, but when I put them on a regular baking sheet they stick to the bottom and are really hard to get off. Will a nonstick baking sheet work? Or is there another solution (cheap solution)?

My current plan is to place 2 cm banana slices on a baking sheet, freeze them over night, and in the morning pop them off into plastic containers for storage.

Line the baking sheet with Parchment Paper. It's like waxed paper and can be found in the same section of the store. It's used for baking to prevent pastries, etc. from sticking.

If you have a silicone baking sheet you might try that.
