Not only did he inform me the next day that he couldn't ship to CA, my paypal was credited. :discocrazed:

Customer service like that is hard to find.
Hope he hurries up the CA b.s. to start shipping to CA.

In the mean time, SABA, NEED SABA in Cali.

Thanks again for tring Jeff,

Michael

A friend of mine have one small saba pup he wants to sell, you can contact me if interested. I am in Davis, just 12 miles east of sacramento. he is in Germany right now and will be back in a couple of weeks.

Banana tree dot com has Saba which I ordered to CA, but they chop them back severely for shipping.

I'm hoping they get their paperwork in for Cali soon, too - there are other nana dealers out there, but WWP has gotten raves @ their plants & service here & all over the web. I'd rather patronise a known excellent seller & a fellow forum member (think shop 'local' in an online sense of local LOL!) so I'm willing to wait for some of the musa list.

BTW, your zone 9 but is really 8 sounds a lot like mine. Kern County goes from snow to 110 in a seeming heartbeat ... makes gardening verrrry interesting!

JoeReal;
Hope you enjoy the beers :nanadrink: I bought you for such a timely response!!!
The saba was in good shape, you dug &shipped the next day, & the extra $10for a brew :nanadrink:was well worth the extra I spent.
I could've found a better price but, NOT A BETTER SELLER, hince the tip

Thanks again,
