Assuming your name means you live in Hawaii, basically nowhere. Aloha Tropicals ships to Hawaii, but you might as well say a prayer to Zeus. My record with them has been 1 correct variety out of 7. They ignored my email asking how they plan to fix this, e.g., replacing or refunding.

Amazing that folks living in Hawaii have to by plants from CA. Just doesn't seem right

If you're from Hawaii, well honestly I think just finding members online who are local or finding out in person who's local will pull up some good results. There's a lot of banana growers and suppliers out there, I'd imagine you would not need to get nanners shipped from the mainland.

Go to Ko'olau Farmers. They have three locations of Oahu. You can buy a nice TC plant for 12-15 bucks. Fruits in 8 months.

You'd be surprised. There are quite a few varieties I can't find locally, although there are a couple sources that have maybe 40 varieties. At local nurseries, including big box stores, you can find maybe 5-10 varieites. Some common ones like Goldfinger and Raja Puri I've never been able to find.

There might be something from time to time on Craigslist, if no local "banana boarders" are within range.
