On this date, last year, I uncovered my in-ground Basjoos, and brought the inside stored ones out. Don't think so this year. Oh well, maybe next week.

I'm going to uncover one mat on sunday. Weather shows 8 days of nothing less than 41 at night, still going only with the basjoo against the house.

The last frost date or around that time is when I keep mine out
In my opinion........ 50 degrees at night ....12 Celsius.
The hotter the daytime temp the better ...keep the plants out as long as you can.
At night bring them in
My growing season is short and my plants do not flower.
The pic shows orinocos....left side 14 ft
Bordelons .....absolutely no color
Siams ........no color
All red bananas have lost ALL color on the top of the leaf.
Lack of direct sunlight has caused them to lose color but when I bring them out for good the color should come back.
For the garden art folks ........Staddle stones in the rear of photo.
