How does it really taste? I searched the older posts but I don't see huge endorsements, even though some sites advertise it as one of the best tasting varieties. Who's tasted it and can really say the truth? Thank you:nanadrink:

my favorite plant never got to taste one but I had a matt start to bud after one overwinter

I had one Kru left over from the original mat. Think I gave it to Greenie. He can grow it reliably in Miami.
Me - no - too red, tender and tropical. It faints when it sees temps in the 30's.
But since I'm reclassified zone 10a I may give it another try. :08:
