I found this banana growing in the the green waste pile and planted it. It was at about 2 feet tall 9 months ago and just bloomed. Does anybody know what type it is?

Based on the short, black stamens in the male flowers, the general appearance, and where you are, I'd guess it is "Hawaiian Apple", i.e., Brazilian. But you haven't given much in the way of details, e.g., height of the plant or photos of other parts of the plant, like the petiole canals. If the fruit taste remarkably similar to your Dwarf Brazilians, you'll know what it is.

It's roughly 12 feet tall. I thought it could be another Brazilian but wanted to be sure. It's taller than my dwarves so I guess it could be a regular Brazilian?

Yes, 12' is certainly within the range of normal heights for the "regular" Brazilian. They have more upright ("erect") leaves than Dwarf Brazilian and a more slender look. There's a big range of height within regular Brazilian, 12' is on the low end, and I bet you've seen some monsters, too, pushing 20' + with another 10' of leaves above that.

One of its pups is 12 ft already. I bet it'll easily hit 15+.
