I'm growing the praying hands banana here in Michigan.
I've had pretty good luck bringing them inside for winter and storing dry rooted in the crawl space.
I was thinking this year to bring them inside and re-pot them and let them hopefully grow.
Each of my main plants have three babies from 8 inches high to about 3 ft high.
the main plants range from 5ft to 10ft.
If I'm bringing them in and re-planting should I leave the babies alone or cut them from the mother plant and place in a pot by themselves?
Thanks.

I'd only take the pups off the have a couple leaves, fattest lowers & corm and plenty of roots, not nessarily the tallest one's. I wouldn't take all of them off. :^)

IMHO butchering on the corm before winter is asking for fungal problems

Remove them in the spring only and you will have much better results.
