Hi all,
This is the typical symptom of the fresh leaves of an avocado.

Regular fertilizing and watering has been done.
Is this a kind of desease or any other thing?

Hi Noname,
Neither do you state your name (not important) nor where you live (quite important).
I know absolutely nothing about avocados other than, what they taste like, but since nobody
else has replied to your post, I believe, that it is reasonable for me to enter a guess.
I live in a semi arid region and have seen similar symptoms on tropical plants, which could not
take the dry and sometimes windy air here. Watering a lot does not help, if the plant is used
to a humid environment.
I had to give away one of my most precious possessions, a Spiral Costus, because I could
not provide the required humidity. Its leaves looked just like those on your avocado.
I hope you have better luck!
Olaf

Hello Olafhenny,
Thanks for your comment, and my name is stated there and I live in a place
near Tokyo, Japan.
I also look forward to receive comments from avocado growers who had the
same or similar experience.

Moral of the story save the rain water for your Avocado's, Mango's or Papaya even.. I sprayed mine just in case and used rain water ever since, so its all good. :^)

and make sure when watering to leach your pots out every so often. Which means basically--heavily overwater so that a lot of water drains out and flushes any buildup of salts in the pots. Buildup of salts, such as fertilizer can cause edge burning on the leaves.
