Does everyone cut down the pups to ship out if so how big do you leave them. I have so many dwarf namwah and ice cream coming out of my ears lol!!!
I was thinking of doing like 7 dollars each plus shipping. Is that price fair? They will be fresh dug pups. Here at home or people here locally I just dig them up and put some wet newspaper and trash bag them. I will try to post pics in a bit of my yard.

usually from what I have done and other members have done when shipping, they cut them back if really big to 5-6 inches above the root ball.

Hi,
yes, the pseudostems have to be cutten back before shipping! The pseudotrunks will regrow after arrival and planting! I also got last December in Brazil two rhizomes of Musa "Vinho" alias "Dwarf Red" and "Roxo" and they grew on and new pseudotrunks were regrowing and the rhizomes also rooted again.
Best wishes
Joachim

The great state of Texas.
Texas -- big state. I've spent time in Denton, Houston and San Antonio. Different climates. Just trying to offer cultivars that are a best match for your locale.

I am in deep south Texas. San benito to be exact. We have mild winters here. Mild like 35-40 degrees are our lows here. So I keep my names outside and the warmth generated by my pond I think creates a kind of micro climate also for them. Yes Houston and san Antonio are both beautiful also. There is also a nice gentlemen named John there in lake Jackson. Awesome individual.
