As you can see below I have at mat?/Clump/Cluster whatever the correct term is of plants I would like to move to a SUNNIER location. They only recieve 4-5 hours of sun now mid-day sun that is.

I have a spot where I can plant them/it where the amount of sun recieved will double.

My question as you can see there are pups/plants/several of them, should I seperate and replant or just dig the whole bunch and replant in the new spot?

Any suggestions would as always would be appreciated.

I'd just move the whole bunch. If you want more go ahead and separate.

Cool

Would I plant at same depth or possible deeper?

I have a raised mound I want to plant them in?

Yes this a good time for the move. Usually you want to plant at the same depth but some have had good luck planting deeper.

Standing water is lethal to a banana mat. Dig them up fast, and if the area is prone to flooding, plant them on a raised bed. Check out the disease section in my photo gallery. Flooding is not a disease but it is lethal to most banana cultivars.

I hope this helps. :jalapenonaner:

Good job done. They can still show some elements of stress due transplant shock but they will do fine
