remove the other plant..more room for roots plenty of sun..well balanced fert...i like to compost my clippings and place it around plant..anything natural can only bee good...enjoy

I agree with twowoodensticks; bananas appreciate having root space and respond to good feeding. How do you compost your [grass?] clippings twowoodensticks? Our yard is scheduled for a mowing soon and I'd love to do that with the cut grass :D

Bigger pot equals bigger plant. Example, both t/cs of same age witht same care.

Though it would look great that there are other plants on the same plant box and seemingly both of them are fine with it, each one would stand on its own just right.
And it could really use all the extra nutrients it should be getting but it actually isn't because of the other plants that are being used right there.
Why not consider them to work that way so it would be more filled with nutrition.
