Little dark spots are very common on banana leaves. It will grow out of it.

These are most probably aphid feeding marks or fungal spots. Basically anything that damages a dot like area of the leaf would result in a dark spot. It would surely benefit from better air circulation and more sun which harden the leafs :)

It's normal for leaves to fold and droop a little during the day. My full grown matts do this. They will rebound at night.

i think it should have great drainage,The water comes out the bottom when i water them, the top of the soil dries out pretty fast after a full day in the sun and is never ever soggy
