There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with it other than it's in a bucket in what appears to be rather lacking in quality soil.

whats wrong with the bucket??i cant plant it cause we get cold winters i live it Maryland, and what do you thinks wrong witht he soil???didnt you notice those brown spots like freckles? and when the sun comes out the leave fold down and just hang there,it gets brown splothes sometimes but grows rather fast

Looks fine to me. Bananas routinely have the lower leaves turn yellow/brown, Just cut them off when they turn brown. Perhaps you could get it in a little bit larger container or, depending where you're located, plant it in the ground.

i just put it in that container a couple days ago,its like 3 times bigger than the other one,you could see some roots but not many it wasnt root bound really, what size container should i use and i havent done much with fertilizer exept plant food spikes and some little fertilzer balls a few months ago,

If you just transplanted its going through the shock process.. Feed it well and in 3 weeks it should be go to go..

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, too. It looked like it had just been re-potted, and it was probably lacking in enough moisture until the roots re-adjust. Mine are planted in the ground, and when you see them early in the morning, they are very perky looking. After a few hours, around noon time they droop some, and then they perk up again around 4 pm or so. I think they just get a little droopy from moisture loss due to more evaporation from the more intense sunlight. Yours looks like mine during those times.

I also am in Maryland. I routinely put my naners in the ground in the spring and dig them up in the fall (except for basjoo). Some I pot up and put in the living or family room so they get good sun, and the rest I put in the basement and allow to go dormant. Where in Md.? (The pic shows a healthy but transplant-shocked pup. Don't worry.)
And welcome to the forum!

Well I'd hit it with soluble miracle grow till its recovered, but for the record I use banana fuel.
