Hi all,

I have a trouble with the fruits of Ice Cream that overwintered with cold protection
of straw mats and anti-rain plastic cover and it endured -5.5C or 22F, and
finally flowered on April 30 entirely without any leaves left on the pseudostem.

There are found some black spotted fruit fingers.

This picture shows the inside of the spotted fruits.

The growth of the fruits seems to be very slow and it seem to me that
the green color on the fruits are gradually faded away and became some
how yellow.

Is this sick , mulnutritious or just cold damaged?

I believe that it's cold damaged and you sadly won't have any fruits to eat...

When do Icecream fruit?
I have 2 that were stored in the garage w 5+ feet p-stems and two that survived outdoor that were 6 feet. All have multiple large leaves from 3-5 each.
Can I expect any fruit this summer you think?

I live in Dallas Texas.
