The last leaf was coming out in march.
I grow this plant in Sicily (Italy) at 400 meters above sea level, the last winter was cold, my wheater station has recorded only one night of light freezing (-0,7 C for a few of hours).
The pics quality is not good because i took the photo on sunset, tomorrow i will take some better photos.

Thanks!

Some sort of stress. I've had that happen due to cold conditions and at other times, boron deficiency. Calcium deficiency can do it to. But the cold you mentioned would be my guess.

Thank you, i think that it's the result of the cold winter, i usually use a good micronutrients fertilizer.. i hope that the next leaf will be good!

I would cut it off to prevent choking. It will do good.

I have the same strange leaf and There was no frost. The main p-stem rotted and instead came these two pups, and there has been no frost since it was panted.
Is this too much or too little nutrients? I have given it banana fuel twice.
Could it have been too much?

Mine sometimes do that when they get too much fertilizer. They become micronutrient limited, in my case it is too little boron, which the plant can't move into the tissues as fast as it builds them, essentially.

How do you determine what is missing?

The banana on photo was overfertilized in the last summer, here in Sicily we usually no get rain for all the summer, when in autumn it was raining all the fertilizer not used by the plant go on the roots.

Have your soil tested. Better yet, have your soil and leaves tested.
