Sorry for mistake, I didn't mentioned that she has frozen.
I wanted to see what you will say about her life or death?

Hi, keep it as warm as you can in sunny location. Don't let it too dry and you should see new suckers pushing pretty soon. G. luck!

Oh, and BTW, your nana needed a bigger pot. Also don't cut the leaves too much. On your first pic it looks like you gave it a good cutting - it's not good.

Ensete's don't sucker like Musas do. If it has frozen all the way to the corm you may not get any new growth. It could just be dead. Then again, if the growing point wasn't damaged too badly, you may still get some growth of some kind. Go easy on the watering and give it as much warmth as you can...and wait.

I know Ensetes don't push suckers, that's the main difference between Musa and Ensete. Because ex Ensete Lasiocarpa push suckers her name changed into specific genuine- Musella.

Edi, that's the way my Ensete Maurelii looked last summer/autumn (http://ivonekitov.glog.bg/_files/5313386.jpg)
And now looks this way (http://ivonekitov.glog.bg/_files/5352810.jpg)(second banana on a photo, maybe you've saw it in European subforum I posted), even it needs a peg to be bounded - Sad, but true!)
This is the Reality. However, hope it will recover...
