Have only heard a little about this happening. Is this avoidable, if a plant chokes will it recover from the lost leaf, is this something that will stay with the plant? We have an orinoce that starts choking twice and I have helped it along. Is it a good idea to keep this plant or get rid of it. Do you know if the pups will have this problem? Thanks

This is happening on the leaf of a young plant. Will take some pics as there is no sense in growing this if it won't work out.

It is basically the same thing I think. Some kind of stress.

The normal choking symptom is common when it gets cold. What you are probably dealing with is calcium/boron deficiency. Even if there are adequate levels in your soil that plant can suffer from deficiency because it may be growing too fast to take up adequate amounts.
