I've never let one grow this big before composting it

I kinda like that it's a bizzaro AeAe where the green is the variegation. I think I'm gonna let it grow unabated. How tall will it get? Will it fruit? Will it put out any normal pups? If you already know the ending, don't tell me :ha:

Because it is not totally white and does have some tissue producing chlorophyll, it has a good chance of surviving separated from the parent plant. I would suggest that you leave it growing as it is until it is bigger and you feel comfortable that it has developed a nice healthy root system of its own. Then if you would like to separate it, you will have a much better chance of its survival. Of course it goes without saying that one with this much lack of chlorphyll will grow all that more slowly, and also need protection from the harmful radiation of direct sun. It is still possible for it to produce suckers with varying degrees of variegation present, this all depends on exactly where the mutant tissue is located in the corm and where the eyes are produced. It is possible that an eye could be located exactly where there is normal green tissue and produce a normal green plant. Odds are though, that it would produce one with variegation of some degree.
