Oh geeze This is my mystery plant . It 5 yrs old never has any bloom gets to be 5 to 6 feet tall and yes it stay thin like it is. It become loose in the ground as if it has bloomed then it falls over and the new pup grows … It’s next to my apple so it get plenty of fertilizer and or cow manure , fish emulsion, I even last year I saved about 40 pounds of banana skins to mulch just for this plant ! It was sold to me as a dwarf Cavendish .. I purchased it at a plant show in Fort Lauderdale .
So it's a dual question :ha: What is it . And do ya think I should yank it? I can replace it with a Williams or what ever .. Oh third question how come it don’t BLOOM!!!
Sorry about small pics but had to use phone to capture the pics

It too difficult to see the photos to try to ID. What could be happening is that it is flowering, but it "chokes" every time and the bunch is stuck in the pseudostem. This is a mutation that is known to happen sometimes.

When you get a full size pseudostem again, check to see if/when the leaves stop growing, and then make a cut into the pseudostem lengthwise down from the top. You may see the bunch stuck in there, and if you are careful you may be able to get it to fall out of the side and develop outside the plant midway up the pseudostem.
