Some of you newer members probably do not know who I am, but the older ones hopefully will remember me!!! I have been lurking in the background for a while and decided to post some pics of how my yard is coming along this year!!! Been very busy this spring with old daughter's wedding, and having to replace my field lines out back, but it is all behind me now, so hopefully can work on exploding my plants from a growth standpoint... Anyway, I have kinda gotten into more succulents the past two years, so one side of the yard will be more tropical, while the other side leans more toward the desert style!!! Nice contrast within one yard, huh!?!?!?! LOL Anyway, here are two links... One of the construction of my new succulent bed, and the other of tropicals coming up around the pool. Hope you enjoy!

Hiya Neighbor. Gorgeous yard. I am just starting making a veggie garden here and hope to begin on something for tropicals and succulents.
Nothing but trees, clay and grass here at this place in TP TN. Now I know why some real estate ads boast of a garden spot.
O well we will git er done . I so miss all my beautiful plants I had to leave behind in WI. :'(
Rock on,

Hey Randy,

Good to see you back and all the fine work you have done.
How are the 2 Saba and the Logees doing? Did they make it thru last winter ok?

:03: Hello, Randy,

Congratulations on your daughter's getting married this year. I hope everything went well as planned. It is amazing how much effort you put into your gardens each year. Other than your new palm garden and succulent garden, everything else you showed us is very presentable. I don't know how easy it is to root plumeria cuttings, but you certainly know how to root them. The blooms are impressive.

Thank you for sharing your dazzling garden photos with us.

Greetings, Randy,

<a href=http://www.bananas.org/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=44637&ppuser=5961><img src=http://www.bananas.org/gallery/watermark.php?file=44637&size=1 border=0></a>

Thrilled was I that this white Texas Five-Star Hibiscus bloomed for the very first time. Thank you so much for your seeds. The weather must have been too cold in April, 2010 and the first batch of seeds did not germinate. The second time I tried, three seeds sprouted. They grew in pots in 2010 and then were overwintered indoors until I moved them outdoors this June.

Thank you again. I absolutely love this new addition to my plant collection.
