When I talked to home owner several years ago he said this was a Giant fishtail Palm.

He is a grower of all sorts of plants. Most of his backyard is potted plants that he sells or trades a few times a year. Most of them are sub tropical. I'm not sure if he still lives there because he told me years ago they were moving to Hawaii.
Those are camera photos, I'll get some better shots with my real camera when I have time.

OK, lets try like this. Filifera has a thicker trunk than Robusta and is a bit shorter, specialy in your climate. Leaves are more grey than green and older plant petioles are mostly without thorns.
This is tipical Robusta as the ones u posted already

What Im looking are plants with round typ of leaf and not the one v-shaped as on my pics.

Thats the one. Now just look at that round leaf shape on smaller palm, if U spot a mature plant with that leaf shape in seed.....:)

Ripe seeds falls down arround palm, no need to climb up. They have a tiny coat on them.

I dont know for sure but I didnt see any that is under 5-6m.

Walked in different neighborhood today and found these two interesting looking Palms.
This one had a lot of growth so it wasn't just round on top.
