Who else compost corms? I have way to many

Make sure you chop it up very finely and destroy all the buds, otherwise it will just keep growing (making new suckers) and never breakdown.

My niece down in TX would be interested in a hefty corm if there's any left intact / alive.
She's close too, maybe 40 - 50 miles, outside of Belton.

Orinoco have the distinction of being able to be fried when green (yaaaay tostones!) or eaten ripe.
