wanted: canned banana pith
I'm looking for a steady source of banana pith for making a Burmese fish soup (mohinga)? Can anyone direct me to a source for canned banana pith? I divide my time between the Seattle and San Francisco Bay areas, and so any source in those regions would be convenient. Also, any mail-order sources would be welcome. Thanks for any help.
