Taylor has written me several times over the past several weeks. It seems as if he has a renewed sense of spirit for our community and he's also learned a lot. He claims that being banned has been the best thing thats ever happened to him, that he has done a lot of thinking and come to many realizations about several things he didn't realize before. He told me that in his cooling off time, he has learned to respect others more, and that it has done him well not just online, but in school and in public.

Personally, I'm glad to hear that he's made these inner discoveries and that it has changed him for the better. I'm considering lifting his ban. Despite his previous shortcomings, I agree with Zac in that Taylor does have something special about him, and that someone so young with interests like his is something extraordinary. And I feel that his sincerity is genuine.

I know our community has been the axis for his hobby up until he was banned, and I don't really want to take that away from him forever.

Sometimes, we all have bad days or difficult times, and what's easier than to take it out on your computer. Sometimes, when surfing anonomously on the web it's easy to forget real people are involved.

I say let him back in. Young people with such passion for hobbies are a rare find.

I vote yes also. Taylor made a hot-headed mistake, something which plenty of us have done in the past as well. The important thing here is to learn from mistakes, and not to repeat them. As some others have said, it is nice to see such enthusiasm from young people for our hobby.

Everyone is entitled to make mistakes and learn from them, especially young people. That's what growing up is all about. I'm a bit older, and on occasion I still make mistakes.

So I vote yes. I'll be glad to have Taylor back on board!

Hello Everyone,

It feels nice to be back in the company of all of you.

I would like to say that my day was going very badly when I posted that horrible post. Some unmentionable things were going on that upset me. What I did was unnecessary. There is no excuse for it. I am glad that yall have welcomed me back. I have learned to be more respectful of others, as Erlend said, these are real people, not just screen names. I have learned that no matter how I feel, I have to keep myself under control. Please accept my apology as it is true and from deep down.

I hope that we can all forget about this, and hopefully never have it happen again.

And Happy belated Thanksgiving, and early Christmas/Hanukkuh/Kwanzaa!:bananananer:

Thank you all,
Taylor
