Although I know it would be ideal to expose it for a longer time untill the
fruits are fully ripe, I dared to harvest it as it passed already almost 130
days after its bloom and it becomes colder in these days and there will be
almost no hope of ripening in this situation.

The upper hands are the Helen's genuine fruits and the lower are the
Helen's banana fruits containing the seeds of a new hybrid beween Helen's
and Basjoo.

A close up of the Helen's hybrid containing the seeds to germinate a new
hybrid between Helen's(mother) and Basjoo(father).

I do look forward how the genuine fruits taste and how the hybrid seeds
grows.

Maybe you should put these bananas in a bag with an apple in order to ripen them
