In my office there are 25-26° degrees 24/7 and since I work in the biggest italian electrical power producer company , electricity is not a problem, I thought:"Why does not take advantage of the situation ?"
So the Praying Hands is the first 'nana that I bringed to office till next spring....

Next in line are the Gros Michel arriving from Thailand and the Dwarf Niņo coming from Germany.

Awesome!! Keep us updated on how it works out. Also when you take it back outside in the spring, definitely dont put it in sun, any sun, for the first week or 2 (maybe you can cut all the leaves off so the sun wont be as much of a problem). I had some papaya seedlings under lights and when I took it outside I left it in full sun for about an hour and it was toasted!
Good luck!

Hi, here's the link:
E27 LED Light Bulb for Plant Growing 7W - eBay (item 180573031073 end time Nov-10-10 00:30:48 PST) (http://cgi.ebay.com/E27-LED-Light-Bulb-Plant-Growing-7W-/180573031073?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item2a0afdcaa1#ht_906wt_785)
If you search for "growing light" You'll find many interesting things. :nanadrink:
The light spectrum seems very good but not as bright as I thought (but it use on 7 W so I'm planning to buy some more....) so I added another growing light waiting for the other led lights I'm planning to buy.:08:

I made that mistake last spring with two Basjoo:

Lukily the Basjoos are almost immortal so they recovered within days and now one of them is on the ground about 1,6 meters in height , enduring hot, cold, strong sea winds as if it's made of steel....
I'll not do that mistake again , especially with delicate nanas as Dwarf Niņo or Gros Michel....:03:

To be honest the seller has to be praised for that P.H. looks.... I bought it on ebay from a german seller and he sent me the best looking 'nana I've ever had by mail.... He sent it in a big pot with leaves and P.steam in perfect shape and health.
I just re-pot it in a bigger one and watered regularly... the nana had a 4-5 days shock and then it began to grow at a very high rate.....
The other nana I have in office, the Gros Michel's corm is giving signals of vitality.... waiting for the Veinte Cohol!!!!(it has been sshipped last friday) :08:
I suspect that my office room would be a great commercial nursery...:ha:

A quick update....
Praying hands and Gros Michel are doing great , growing as i watch them , especially the G.M. seems very vital.
The Veinte Cohol is still standing still.... I know that it too early to see any sign of regrowth but I'm anxious none the less.
At hove I put a lot of nanas under fluorescent lights (one with red dominance and one cold light) but t does not seems to have any effect on 'nanas except for S.D.C. that surprise me for their resilience ( the mother SDC has been left outside during the last week chill and went throug with only minor foliage burns.... of course it was in its personal greenhouse near my home's wall but still I gave it for lost)
Even the Ananas plant seems insensitive to the lights and I wonder why....... the temp is always between 20-22 celsius
