View Full Version : Where to buy tissue culture without being a wholeseller?
Anyone know where I can buy tissue cultured plants without being a whole seller or buying like 100s at a time?
Thanks

It is not profitable for a business to produce only a few at a time.

You can get them from resellers, like on eBay or maybe even some local nurseries.
Thanks, any names to suggest? I was looking at 20-30 plants maybe.
Basically a tray of small plants.

Which cultivar(s) are you interested in?

If someone were to buy a whole tray of Ice Cream TC's and then send you 30 of them at no additional charge, your share of the costs would be about $30 for the plants and about $35 + $35 for the shipping; i.e., $100 total. For the same amount of money you could obtain about 10 Ice Cream 'pups' from members here, put them in pots, feed them for about 6 months and then when they pup have a total of about 30 plants. Those 30 plants will be the same size or larger than if you bought TC's because they are grown from an existing corm.
