Through a series of the experiments and verification tests, some of the
questions on Helen's characteristics and behaviors are unveiled.

1. Parthenocarpy: From the fact that the female flowers with their stigmas
clipped off died down, it is NOT parthenocarpic.

2. Helen'sXBasjoo hybrid: Seems to be successful as the fruits keep to grow
even now since 50 days after the pollination.

3. Seedlessness by hormone: Seems to be effective as the bananas sprayed
vegetable hormone are still alive and keep growing.
However, at the present stage, there is no way to confirm whether there
are seeds or no.

4. Helen's genuine bananas: The pollination Helen'sXHelen's is succeeded.
The geuine bananas are growing. Looking forward to its taste and to
knowing if there are seeds or not.

5. Natural pollination: It is almost impossible to tell about this because there
were neither Helen's nor Basjoos in the vicinity.

The pollination between Helen's and Basjoo was found successful.
Here is a photo of the seeds.

Dobruie utra, Andrei,
Yes, I have already sown the seeds as I somewhere read that the result is
the fresh the better.
I do wonder what kind of banana will come out.

The seedless experiment by "tomatotone" hormone seems to be successful.

The fruits passed over 60 days and there are no seeds seen inside of
the fruits.
If the bananas were not effected by the seedless experiment, there must
have been the seeds.

Sorry, I forgot to add some words.
What I wanted to add was that I just pray the seedless Helen's fruits
really become ripe till fall.
Then the cold hardiest artificial edible banana is produced.
