I found this on youtube....Sorry if its already on here and everyone has already seen it but i just watched it for the first time and it was really informative...Enjoy!

Thats pretty sweet.
Harvest 6 days a week, Must be a lot of nanners. I would think they are removing pups as often too.
I want to work there.
Why don't all plantains work with dwarfs?

They probably don't plant dwarfs because of disease resistance, fruit quality and fruit size.

Why were they tieing the small bananas plant to the large one?

Thanks for the video link! I enjoyed watching it.

I've driven by that Dole plant before and I've seen those huge fields of bananas with each bunch covered in a blue bag. Unfortunately I've heard that those bags litter the forest and beaches on the Caribbean side of Costa Rica.

I think it was to mark it as the next pup they want to fruit

I would think not one bit of that foam gets re-used yet alone the bags. What a waste!

Yeah right - "seedlings". Why would they say and then show something that isn't true?
