Hello.
It is my collection Musa bajoo variegated.
I have suspicion to this banana. Is this real variegation? Or influence of the virus?
What do you think about it?

Hi Tyoro. I'll wait for one of the more expert members to chime in (Gabe), but it sure looks nice.

I cant really speak for banana viruses too much, but from my experience with canna viruses, this also looks like a virused plant. I dont know too much about it though!

It looks like normal (chimeric) variegation, not virus. Although I suppose it's possible for virus to cause variegation in banana, the ones that exist and cause patterns on the leaves do not make for nice variegation like that. Variegation is also very common from mutations in tissue culture, so it's not that unusual to see.

Hello, everyone.
Thank you very much for looking and the comment.:goteam:
Mother plant don't have variegation, but this child banana(in the photo) suddenly appeared having variegation. So I thought that it is virus plant before I have heard everyone's comments .
