Looks to be 'Dwarf Orinoco'.

FYI, although it is an extremely common description, even from very high level sources and publications, the notion of a division between banana and plantain is false. It is often misleading and confusing, and when not it is rarely helpful. Plantains are a very specific genetic group of bananas, but that is all. It is akin to making a distinction between bananas and Cavendish bananas. There really is even no clear difference in use, as whether a banana is cooked, eaten raw, or used in another fashion, depends primarily on cultural use which can vary greatly.

Yes, there is a taller version that is common, but it is normally just called 'Orinoco'. And its not a plantain, no matter how good it tastes cooked, it will never be a plantain. The subgroup (which is a genetic group of bananas which are have the same evolutionary origin) this banana is in is called Bluggoe, with an ABB genome. Plantain is a different subgroup, and has an AAB genome, and although they are normally cooked, there are many bananas which are also commonly cooked that are not in the plantain subgroup. Plantain is not synonymous with cooking banana.
