Yes the are. I have tried them and they live up to their billing. They are rated the hottest pepper according to guiness book of records.

Dean, mine are still in paper cups. I can't wait until I can transplant them outside.

Good luck with them, Stumpy. Mine started slow for some reason. Now they seem to be taking off.

I sold like 50 of them so far this year. I kept three for me and people are dying to try them. I guess it's a macho thing, maybe, or just to say they have tried them. We did try it last fall on my older plant and they are really really hot for sure.
I can't say I liked it much, it was sort of like slamming my tongue in a door...lol...

I like to dehydrate them and grind them into a powder, then sprinkle them on pizza. very little goes a long way.

Here is some updated photos. There actually starting to grow now. I just put some fish emulsion on them yesterday. I figured they could use a boost of nitrogen.
