We have been growing out a lot of plants and I try to keep an eye out for any oddities. Each year it seems I pull several plants most will lose the oddity they are showing at young stages but some keep their mutations. This year is no exception I have found at least 4 Musa Basjoo with some oddities and will try to grow them out and see how well they do. I am interested to see if others have seen
similar mutations.

Here are some photos of my Musa Basjoo Droopy. I am not sure if this is stable but out of 400 plants it has not changed and seems to be a bit odd with thick leaves.

This is the odd streaked leaf form of Basjoo I found. The streaks are very small and are not noticeable from a distance. It was noticeable compared to all the other plants due to the narrow long leaves then once I took a closer looked I noticed the mosaic pattern on the leaves.

I guess the proof will be if the pups turn out the same. The "droopy" looks very interesting.

I dont hear of too many people with a different type of musa basjoo so it will be interesting if yours keep there mutations until adulthood.
