Over 100 (possibly 100's?), Including huge anacondas (1- 20 ft or so) & alligators - some 6ft. One alligator is a chinese endangered breed. Some guy rented a warehouse 3-4 miles from me & kept them there. Cops can't find him now. Taking 2 full days so far to get some out & have a long way to go ...trying to figure how to get the big ones out & where to bring them, & will be there at least few more days.
How'd he get them there? Was he selling them? There's a family w/ little kids right next door. YIKES!
I'm sure he raised the rodents to feed the snakes & gaters.

Wow, that's pretty crazy. I'm sure we'd all be surprised to know what exactly is going on in our own neighborhoods (illegal pets, meth labs, etc). So how did the whole thing get busted?

I bet that what he did too Patty. That's messed up.. I knew they had mink farms & such but not someone that's obviously not very conscience of anyone else. They need to feed the guy to one of the snakes.. :^)

Reporters aren't sure yet either, except that it was originally a sexual assault call to police (there I'm assuming?) & reporter doesn't know how it led up to this raid. They don't know what happened to assault victim...HUH? All unclear so far.
They just now said the animals were living in disgusting conditions & showed 6 firefighters carrying a crate bigger than a coffin -with many holes in it (vents). Prolly alligator?
Would a gater kill a big snake or would a big snake kill a gator? Anyway, they were both big enough to kill me.
I'll try to post news report.

I think a 30ft Anaconda would eat a gator anything else it wanted to no problem. They had a 33ft'er down in an exhibit in Panama. Man that's one hell of a Snake. The gator on the other hand would eat you & your bones (no evidence of life or murder). The snake craps them out if I recollect, correctly. :^) He musta had a crap load of chickens to feed those 50 or so snakes, gators, croc's & caimans.

You know, there are so many regulations and obligations you have to fullfil before you can get a bottle of water into the USA and someone manages to breed an autonomous jungle there. Wow. In this case, police should start looking for the clinets. There are not many people who could buy such reptiles and it would be easy to interrogate them.
