I stored my nanners dry in my storage closet, and when I removed them they were all pretty dried out. Now the p-stem has area's that are shrunken and dry and other area's that are yellowish green. Even if they are growing once it gets bigger the plant won't be able to sustain itself weight wise. So I should cut them back right? Also how long does everyone wait to fed them after bringing out of storage? I figure what till I see new growth? The soil I planted them in has fertilizer in it already. Its used for veggies and flower gardens nothing special from Lowes.

Put it in the ground first and give it an opportunity to respond to soil and weather first! :2239:

Ok what kind are they? If etible's I'd only trim as necessary, non-etibles I'd chop as necessary as well why have a double standard. :^)

Well dry and shrunk is much better than moist, moldy, and soft by a long-shot :^)

If I let them be and then the stems break from wind or being weak that will suck. But since they are waking up maybe it would stress them to much. Funny thing is my chinese yellow woke up the fastest and has new grwoth and babies and was stored the same? Well I guess it is rated cold harder.

I agree put them in a pot in your case and wait. If there to dry you may have to chop some off.
