First one definitely M. balbisiana.
The other is harder to tell without a flower, I have seen Mysore there which has the red undersides, but not usually as dark as the ones in your photo, but it could just be the light. A bunch on the second one would be needed for confirmation.

No other photos but I plan on doing a little more exploring. So I will take more pic's next time.
