There is a cool video on the page about how they make Tabasco. Funny thing is I just last week watched a show on TV about how they make it!

I owe a great deal to the good people at Tobasco....they helped me scarf down many M.R.E.'s over the years. :nanertank:
It's funny how looking at your pics, one would think that you were in some really exotic land. Great stuff.

Thanks Pete. We do not use our camera enough. I just took pictures constantly throughout the trip and culled through them later.
I love going there b/c it's a lot of what I want my backyard to look like eventually. No grass, just jungle with trails, sitting areas, and clearings.

Brings back memories. Thanks for posting. I was there a few years ago and loved it, I was stopping all along the way for pictures as most people just drove on through and didn't take time to notice all that's really there. I had read a book on alligators by E.A. Mc Ilhenny about alligators and the bird city ,the jungle gardens and their creation was described pretty well.
I hope you didn't buy any of the red painted dowels they sell to the tourists:ha::ha::ha: Any alligator pics? One ate a nutria while I was there....very cool!

You are right. Most people just drove through or maybe got out and looked at just the immediate area. There are a few trails here and there that are worth walking down.
I did'nt think to take pictures of the alligators. I see them so much around here I guess I take them for granted.
