It's been in the ground for 4 years now. The first two years I pruned off the flowers right after they set little tiny fruits hoping for more growth. Last year I let the fruit set, but between the weight of the flowers and the fruit the stems all flopped over leaving the bottom of the leaves exposed to the sun which did quite a number on them, not to mention breaking one of the main branches completely off where it had been grafted. So this year I supported every branch to keep them upright. Not only did it it make fruit but the leaves stayed healthy too!
