Default Looking for a heat and cold resistent plant

My parents just purchased a home in Arizona. They are in a semi high desert. Temps are generally around 10-15f below Phoenix avg. Which means
This plant will need to be able to take temps up to 105-110 ish and a drop in the winter nights as cold as freezing. Is there such a plant/s?
