Yup yup....most definitely a SR. As for fruiting, I have not read any definitive reports on whether it produces edible fruit. It may.....but no one seems to have seen it happen. I purchased one at a greenhouse a few months back and have noticed the leaf coloration is very dependent on the amount of sunshine it gets. Mine was very pale when I first purchased it (it was being kept indoors at the time) with only a hint of red, but since I've had it outdoors, all the existing (and new leaves) have turned a deep red color. Here are some before/after pics:
